The Dominican Film Festival in NY At Columbia

dominican film fetsival in harlem 2014Cine Art Entertainment Productions, Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez, Columbia University Medical Center and the organizers of The Dominican Film Festival in New York (DFFNY) are delighted to invite you to the press conference for the Third Annual Dominican Film Festival in New York.

As a rising star of the Netflix’s hit, “Orange is the New Black”, DFFNY is thrilled to have the presence of Laura Gomez. We also stoked to have well-known director, Nelson Pena, from the box office hit, “El Circulo Vicioso” and directors Dan Sickles and Antonio Santini for the closing night film, “Mala Mala”. They, along with other stars of the films, will be present to answer questions and help introduced the festival’s third edition. It is an evening that will ensure to give an inside look of not only the films, but also the festival’s programs. The film festival will be screening over 30 films this year. It is a remarkable moment for Dominican cinema and we cordially invite you to our press-dinner.

The DFFNY will run from June 18th to the 22nd at the Alumni Auditorium: Columbia University Medical Center located on 168thStreet and Broadway also at the Hall of Fame Theater: The Armory Foundation located on 216 Fort Washington Avenue near 168th Street.
