Robert Schuman, 63, was driving a minivan when he hit the woman at about 10:30 a.m. Sunday as she crossed E. 38th St. by Tunnel Entrance St., cops said. She suffered a serious leg injury and trauma to her body.

Schuman then drove east onto E. 37th St., against traffic, and went north on First Ave., cops said. Video shows the driver get out of the minivan, move two orange cones and then get back in and leave.
