con_edDue to necessary electrical cable repairs, Con Edison has asked customers in sections of Harlem to curtail their use of non-essential appliances this evening, such as clothes washers, dryers, dishwashers and unneeded lighting. The affected area is bounded by West 153rd Street in the north, West 131st Street in the south, Riverside Drive in the west, and Broadway in the east.
