On Friday, June 17 the Women’s Prison Association is holding its third annual Orange is the New Black Premiere Party at The Ainsworth (122 W 26th St, New York) in NYC to celebrate the release of the show’s fourth season. In season four, Piper and her “grandiose sense of self-worth takes a major hit when her quest for power quickly spirals out of control. She soon finds herself facing off with Maria (Jessica Pimentel), and winds up in the most dangerous situation she’s faced since stepping through Litchfield’s doors.” The star-studded event will include a screening of the first episode, followed by an exclusive, live musical performance by OITNB actress Jackie Cruz! Last year more than 20 cast members and other celebs were in attendance.
All tickets include three hours of open bar AND the first 200 guests receive a swag bag worth more than $500. Tickets are $100 or $125 day of. Proceeds benefit the Women’s Prison Association serving women and families involved in the criminal justice system.
