Loiza Festival in El Barrio!

The Festival of Santiago Apostol commonly known as the Loiza Festival del Barrio is planned for July 24th to July 26th.  It will honor the Survivors and Remember the Victims of the 116th Street that occurred in East Harlem in February 2014 and will pay Homage to the Elders of our communities with special presentations dedicated especially to them.  The Madrina of this year’s festival is the Afro Puerto Rican songstress, Cita Rodriguez and as always we anticipate the participation of local and international performance groups of Bomba and Plena!

July 24th to July 26th
