The label on the back on the photograph reads:

cassisus clay in harlem with fansDuring late 1963, Clay had become the top contender for Sonny Liston’s title.  And two years later in 1965, Cassius Marcellus Clay would change his name to Muhammad Ali, following his conversion to Islam and affiliation with the Nation of Islam.
