On Thursday, January 17th, 2019, we were pleasantly surprised to see Carl Payne with a “Harlem American” t-shirt on Sister Circle show on TV One.
It makes sense when you realize that he was raised in Harlem!

He was on Sister Circle to talk about a possible reboot of “Martin,” with Martin Lawrence, and some of the many other projects he is working on.
