Bohemia Realty Group Hosts “First Time Home Buyers” Workshop In Harlem

November 7, 2018

Bohemia Realty Group will host the tenth no-cost workshop of its 2018 monthly series on Wednesday, November 28, 7 to 8 p.m., at their offices at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd.

Entitled “First Time Home Buyers,” the event is open to the public at no charge and will feature guest expert Zack Tolmie, home lending officer at Citibank. Moderating the conversation will be Bohemia Realty Group’s Erin Whitney.

“Buying a home for the first time in New York City can be intimidating,” explains Sarah Saltzberg, co-founding principal of the real estate brokerage. “Zack will help attendees manage all of the details that go into financing the purchase of a home, with Erin breaking down the mysteries of the buying process.”

Adds Ms. Whitney, “As an expert in real estate finance, Zack will guide guests through what may be the largest purchase of their lives.”

Attendance to the event is free, but RSVP’s are required because of limited space. Reserve a seat online at HERE or call to attend. More information about the series is also posted on Bohemia Realty Group’s Facebook HERE.
