Harlem Shake will select 10 applicants, both male and female, and then Harlem Shake customers will vote in-store for either a Mr. or Miss Harlem Shake.
Do you know someone who currently represents Harlem in such a way? They could be the next Miss or Mr. Harlem Shake 2019.

- Be between 18 and 98.
