Alternate Side Parking Suspended In HarlemThe New York City Department of Transportation, in conjunction with the Department of Sanitation, will suspend Alternate Side Parking Regulations citywide tomorrow, Monday, January 6, 2014, to facilitate snow removal. Payment at parking meters will remain in effect throughout the city.
