A Silver Alert has been issued for Teofilo Torres Martinez, an 89-year-old Hispanic male from the area of Lexington Avenue and East 127th Street in East Harlem, NY.
The missing has dementia and may be in need of medical attention.
In his description, Mr. Martinez is 5’9″ tall, 140lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Wearing a blue checkered shirt and blue jeans.
He was last seen on Lexington Avenue and East 127th Street in Manhattan at approximately 4:10 PM on April 10, 2021.
