Police released a surveillance photo of a thief wanted for allegedly stealing a man’s unattended motor scooter in Harlem. The owner of the black EZPasola E-Bike told cops he parked the ride on Saint Nicholas Avenue near West 125th Street just before 3:55 p.m. on Oct. 21. When he came back, the scooter was gone. A security camera caught the bespectacled suspect wheeling the bike along the sidewalk. He wore a dark baseball cap with white lettering across the front.
