Following the transit disruption as a result of the Chelsea explosion, 1 Train service has resumed making normal stops at 23rd Street and 28th Street in Manhattan.Customers should utilize the entrance at the southeast corner of 23rd Street and 7th Avenue as the entrance on the northeast corner remains closed.
All other previously reported road closures and transit disruptions remain in effect.
