On Tuesday, October 31st, 2023, Harlem photojournalist Seitu Oronde, was in Harlem for the spookiest HarlemWeen ever at the State Office Building at 163 West 125th Street.
The event was hosted by the scariest host possible at the State Office of General Services (OGS). It was a great opportunity for the Harlem resident’s ghouls and goblins for storytelling, the scariest kiddy costume and dance contests, the scariest magic show by Jazzman “S” Magic, and “Thriller” dance lessons with Michael Jackson tribute artist Joye “Moses” Harper, candy giveaways and free hot scary beverages.
