Tomorrow, April 27th New York City will go Car Free! We are excited to announce that tomorrow is the 4th Annual Car Free Day NYC in Washington Heights. New Yorkers will have the opportunity to roam freely, taking advantage of the good weather while learning to be more environmentally friendly! Washington Heights will open St. Nicholas Avenue from 181st to 190th Street; Midtown will open Broadway between Union Square to 42nd Street.
There will be many activities for people of all ages to enjoy like performances, dance classes, puppet-shows, and much more can be expected. This year we have partnered with close to 100 unique organizations to make this year the biggest one to date! Citi Bike will provide free day passes at both the uptown and downtown locations as well as one location in Brooklyn. I hope to see you all tomorrow!

¡Mañana, 27 de Abril, la ciudad de Nueva York Celebrará el Día Sin Autos! Estamos muy contentos de anunciar la Cuarta versión del Día Sin Autos NYC!. Los Neoyorquinos tendrán la oportunidad de caminar libremente, disfrutar el buen clima y aprender cómo proteger el medio ambiente. Washington Heights abrirá la avenida de St. Nicholas desde la calle 181st hasta la 190 st para el uso peatonal; Midtown abrirá sus calles entre Union Square y 42nd Street.
Habrá muchas actividades para el disfrute de personas de todas las edades, presentaciones, clases de baile, espectáculos de títeres y mucho más. ¡Este año participarán cerca de 100 organizaciones para hacer de esta versión la más grande hasta la fecha!
