The National Weather Service has issued a statement a heavy snow warning with accumulations of 4-7″ possible from February 17th, at 7PM to the 18th at 7AM, 2018. Road conditions may be dangerous and significant reductions in visibility are possible.
Preparedness Actions: Use caution when walking, biking, or driving.
Before an Outage
- Charge cell phones
- Gather supplies
- Turn refrigerator/freezers to a colder setting
During an Outage
- Stay clear of downed power lines
- Turn off all appliances
- Keep refrigerator/freezer doors closed to prevent food spoilage
- Do not use generators indoors
