August 19, 2018

Harlem was founded in 1658, now the folks at Sunspel founded in 1860 is inviting Harlemites to experience their timeless English heritage.

Sunspel is pleased to announce the opening of their first US store located in SoHo.

Opening early September 2018 the new store will house the men’s and women’s seasonal and core collections, including Sunspel’s Iconic products; the T-Shirt, the English Boxer Short, and the Riviera Polo Shirt, first designed for Daniel Craig’s James Bond in Casino Royale.

Although this is the first standalone store in the United States, the brand has a long history with New York City with Madison Avenue landmarks Barneys and Paul Stuart selling Sunspel garments in the 1950s.

The New York store at 85 Mercer Street brings the fullest expression of the brand to the United States and is situated in one of New York’s premiere shopping neighborhoods amid SoHo’s cast-iron buildings and cobblestone streets, reminiscent of English industrial architecture.

Come back for the exact opening day and time.
