It was a special and great day at Gracie Mansion this year for the kick-off of the Puerto Rican ( PR ) Day Parade kick off with Mayor Bill de Blasio on Friday, June 6th, 2014 in NYC.
The first Puerto Rican and Latina New York City council speaker, Melissa Mark-Viverito and Latinas citywide were present at the event.
