Seitu’s World: Harlem Congressman Rangel At Andy King Inaugural

It’s Public Advocate Letitia James and Harlem Congressman Rangel joking around at the Inaugural for Councilmember Andy King.

With over 700 in attendance Public Advocate James hailed King as a “trail blazer,” and East Harlem Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito described King’s commitment as “very real and genuine.”
