Latin Trends reports A-Rod former baseball star is turning into a TV personality these days. He is set to join a cast of business people on ABC’s Shark Tank in the fall, along with Virgin CEO & Billionaire Richard Branson. A-Rod has been busy making headlines lately for his romantic relationship with Jennifer Lopez and attempting to buy the Marlins.
A-Rod will take his business-savvy swagger to the show. He is the founder and CEO of A-Rod CORP, a private holding company that focuses on real estate, construction, high-end fitness centers and automotive dealerships.
A-Rod, an analyst at FOX Sports, has appeared in other TV ventures as well, appearing as a host this past winter on the CNBC reality show, “Back in the Game,” which paired former athletes in financial distress with money-savvy mentors to assist them in getting back on their feet.
A-Rod tweeted that he “can’t wait to swim with the sharks.”
