Steven Pasquale, the Hershy, PA-born actor and producer, just bought a $1.56 million new luxury penthouse in Harlem, according to city property records.
The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo is at 58 West 129th Street. It had been on the market for 386 days and was last asking $1.69 million, according to Streeteasy.
Pasquale is best known for his firefighting role in Rescue Me.
Pasquale’s penthouse is a roomy 1,692 square feet.
The building amenities include bike storage, a garden, roof deck and package room.
Legendary TV personality Alex Trebek, of “Jeoprady!” fame, recently plunked down $2 million on a Harlem brownstone for his son Matthew, who plans to open a restaurant in Harlem.
Harlem World reported that Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka are raising their two children in a fancy Harlem townhouse featured in Architectural Digest that they bought for $3.6 million in 2013 (source).
