REBNY’s Uptown Open House Expo Open To The Public

East harlem1The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) will be merging its two Upper Manhattan open house expos into one exciting weekend this year, the Uptown Open House Expo, taking place on May 2nd and 3rd from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This all-inclusive, public event will feature the hottest residential listings in Harlem, Inwood, Hudson Heights, and Washington Heights. Potential buyers will have the opportunity to learn about, tour, and explore exclusive co-ops, condos, and luxury listings, all while taking in the atmosphere of these dynamic Manhattan neighborhoods. REBNY’s very own uptown residential brokers, who represent the best New York City has to offer when it comes to professional and ethical real estate practices, will lead the tours and be available to answer any questions. 

The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. with a meet-and-greet and informational session at Harlem Tavern (2153 Frederick Douglass Boulevard) where attendees will have access to a complimentary breakfast sponsored by EverBank and the opportunity to interact with other potential buyers. Tours of the available offerings will commence at 12:00 p.m., at which time REBNY’s brokers will begin hosting their open house viewings for interested attendees until 4:00 p.m.

“This year’s Uptown Open House Expo will cover all of Upper Manhattan spanning from East, West, and Central Harlem to Washington Heights, Hudson Heights and Inwood,” said DeAnna Rieber, co-chair of REBNY’s Upper Manhattan Committee and Associate Broker for Halstead Property. “If you’re looking for a new place to call home this spring or are just curious about what Upper Manhattan has to offer, this is the best opportunity to find it and see firsthand what the Uptown “buzz” is all about.”

Each of these brokers will showcase their listings immediately following the complimentary breakfast.
