NYPD Officer Struck By Vehicle In Harlem

cop-struck-2A New York City cop was injured during a foot chase when he was hit by a commuter van, according to the NYPD.

The officer was struck near the intersection of Park Avenue and East 129th Street while pursuing a suspect.

Fire officials confirm that they received a call at 12:19 p.m. and responded to the intersection.

Officials confirmed that a man was treated and taken to St. Lukes hospital where he is in stable condition, but they could not confirm that the man was a police officer (source).
