He is 5’3″ tall, 140 lbs, with gray hair and brown eyes. Wearing beige pants, grey polo with stripes, black shoes, and a grey cap.
Last Seen West 138th Street and 5th Avenue in Harlem, New York at approximately 5:45PM on 09-28-2018.
