Polo House Privé, the premier global networking platform for polo enthusiasts, is thrilled to announce the launch of the Icon Global Polo Tour.
A series of luxury events that will celebrate the synergy of polo, art, fashion, and refined lifestyle at iconic destinations around the world. The inaugural event took place in the Hamptons on August 16, 2024, in partnership with Hamptons Polo House LLC.
Founded by Alexis Head, a leading figure in the luxury world, Polo House Privé joined forces with Facundo Rawson, Hamptons Polo House CEO, to create this exclusive tour. The Icon Global Polo Tour is designed to offer a series of proprietary experiences at luxury private venues, showcasing the unique charm, history, and glamour of each destination. Attendance at these events are by invitation-only, ensuring a curated gathering of polo aficionados.
Polo, often hailed as the “Sport of Kings,” has long been associated with royalty and the elite. The Hamptons, chosen as the location for the tour’s debut, is a premier destination in North America. Celebrated for its sophistication and charm, it provided a fitting backdrop for the event.
Hosted at the Hamptons Polo Club in the prestigious Water Mill horse country, the event kicked-off with welcome cocktails featuring Los Amantes mezcal and oysters by East Hampton Shucker Co. Guests then enjoyed a high-end open-fire culinary experience by Argentinian chef Mariano Cebrián from Panorama Asados, followed by a showcase of NYC fashion by Pierre Blanc and Love Binetti and art activations by Mcneill Art Group, Franco Cuttica and Windmill Art Gallery. The evening culminated with a world-class polo match between La Magnolia and Triangulo Senvest with a final score of 13 to 12, followed by an awards ceremony and ending with DJ music and dancing. The Consul General of Argentina in New York, Ambassador Pablo Piñeiro Aramburu, handed over the trophies along with Francisco Javier Aguiar representing Baja California Sur Mexico.
The select activations were brought by Visit Baja California Sur —the headline sponsor of the event — courtesy of Luxury Ateliers and took guests on a sensorial experience through the culture, art, gastronomy, flora and fauna of the region.

This event marked the beginning of a new chapter where we bring together the finest elements of polo and lifestyle in some of the world’s most extraordinary locations.”
Following the Hamptons launch, the Icon Global Polo Tour will continue with upcoming events in General Rodriguez, Argentina, in November 2024, Punta del Este, Uruguay, in December 2024 and Saudi Arabia in January 2025, among other destinations to be announced, making its way back to the Hamptons next year. All chosen locations are known for their rich polo traditions and luxury venues.
