Hybrid Workshops
Host hybrid workshops for subscribers, such as exclusive writing or photography workshops, led by HWM Editors and/or partners. This can generate revenue through ticket sales and sponsorships. Here are some examples: Food and Drink Tastings, DIY Classes, Expert Panels, Fitness Classes, Art and Culture Workshops, etc.
In-Person and Virtual Tours
Provide subscribers with exclusive in-person and virtual tours of authentic attractions, museums, or landmarks, led by HWM Editors and/or partners. This can generate revenue through ticket sales and sponsorships. Here are some examples: Historical Tours, Food and Drink Tours, Nature Tours, Art and City Tours, etc.
Hybrid Events
We host led by HWM Editors and/or partners, hybrid events for subscribers, such as unique food and wine tastings, art shows, or fashion shows, that combine both in-person and virtual elements. This can generate revenue through ticket sales and sponsorships. Here are some examples: Speaker Series, Networking Events, Concerts or Performances, Charity Events, etc.
Print and Digital Subscription Packages
Offer subscription packages that include exclusive print and digital experiences for subscribers, such as access to workshops, tours, or events led by HWM Editors and/or partners. This can generate revenue through subscription fees and sponsorships. Here are some examples: VIP Subscription Package, Digital Event Package, Hybrid Event Package, Annual Membership Package, Bundle Package, etc.
In-Person and Digital Events
Host exclusive in-person and digital events for subscribers, such as concerts, film screenings, or book readings led by HWM Editors and/or partners. This can generate revenue through ticket sales and sponsorships. Here are some examples of in-person events: Private Culinary and Wine Pairing Experiences, Behind-the-Scenes Tours, Local Festivals and Fairs, Pop-up Shops, etc. Here are some examples of Digital Events: Online Author Talks, Webinars and Workshops, Virtual Tours, Online Movie Screenings, etc.
Conclusion
Our goal is to tailor our experiences to the interests and preferences of our subscribers. By creating experiences that resonate with our subscribers, we can increase engagement, loyalty to the magazine, and revenue. We do this by partnering with Harlem businesses, regular surveys with readers, offering exclusive events, and providing VIP packages and merchandise.
In addition, we offer group subscriptions to the magazine for Harlem organizations, clubs, guilds, or other groups that share a common interest in Harlem.
