The Harlem Business Alliance (HBA) has been at the forefront of advancing minority entrepreneurship in the cannabis industry. HBA, Executive Director, Regina Smith, testified at a City Council Marijuana Hearing as part of the Justice System Committee where she discussed the importance of having legislation reflect economic justice for minority communities.
