A Silver Alert has been issued for James Johnson, a 72-year-old black male from the area of St. Nicholas Avenue and West 115th Street in Harlem, New York.
The missing has dementia and may be in need of medical attention. he is 5’9″ tall, 180lbs, with salt and pepper hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen at the Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island at approximately 3:00 PM on 10-06-2018.
