The NYPD has issued a Silver Alert in regard to the disappearance of Ella Anderson, a 68-year-old Black female with dementia, from the area of 5th Avenue and East 111th Street in East Harlem, New York.
Ms. Anderson is described as being 5’3″ tall and 90 lbs with brown eyes and light brown hair. She was last seen at approximately 12:30 PM on 10/30 wearing a black coat and burgundy boots.
