A 21-year-old man was fatally shot in the neck and torso in Harlem early Monday, July 14, 2014 police said.
His body was discovered behind the Rangel Houses on Harlem River Drive after officers were notified of a person shot in the area at around 6 a.m., according to cops.
The victim, whose name is being withheld pending family notification, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The motive for the killing was unclear (source).
