Harlem City Council member Mark Levine office is offering the first facilitator training for participatory budgeting will be held on Wednesday, June 10 from 6 PM – 8 PM at his district office located at 500 West 141st Street.
Facilitators will help us brainstorm and organize potential project proposals that will be included on the ballot.
