Our friend Barbara Askins, president of the 125th Street BID, sent us a message and photographs from yesterday’s storm Jonas in Harlem, NY. The BID stated that, “Sidewalk is still plenty full of snow and businesses are out shoveling the sidewalks in front of their establishments.”
In addition, the BID stated that they are, “..cleaning crosswalks and corners and having some challenges with snow being pushed back upon the sidewalk. BID is reaching out to DSNY to coordinate the effort.”
The BID wanted to thank Anthony Baker, Director of Operations and the Clean Team for his team work.
