Christopher Johnson and Christopher Creaghan Recital At Riverside Church

Riverside-Church1As part of its long-running Christ Chapel Chamber Series, The Riverside Church is hosting organ duo Christopher Johnson and Christopher Creaghan for a music recital… on Sunday, March 30 at 3:00 p.m. in Christ Chapel of the Church, entrance at 91 Claremont Ave. (bet. 120th & 122nd St.), Morningside Heights.

 This concert features Riverside’s “other” organ in Christ Chapel, a large and beautiful instrument in its own right. The two organists of Riverside Church, Director of Music and Organist Christopher Johnson and Associate Organist Christopher Creaghan, offer a variety of music for two to play, including organ duets in addition to piano and organ together.

The performance is free to attend and offerings for the artists will be taken at the door.  For more information the public can call 212-870-6722.
