Beyond The Bars 2014 Annual Conference in Harlem

Beyond the Bars is an important initiative that spotlights the growing problem and effects of incarceration of people of color throughout the country. This is our third year of participation in this important discussion and our young IMPACT members will be addressing the issue of incarceration through song and spoken word at the opening night event.
