Striver’s Row House Seeks In Harlem $3.75M

NY Curbed reports that a little more than a year ago, a 3,900-square-foot townhouse on Striver’s Row (West 138th and 139th streets between Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard and Frederick Douglass Boulevard) sold for $2.9 million, breaking the sale record for the historic block.
