According to a recent press release from Harlem-based developer Carthage Real Estate Advisors, construction is progressing at Marcus Garvey Village.
Marcus Garvey Park (formerly and also named Mount Morris Park) is a 20.17-acre park on the border between the Harlem and East Harlem, New York.
