IN2NYC Applications Open At The City College Of NY

City-College's-Sophie-Davis-School-of-Biomedical-Education (1)On Monday, May 23, NYCEDC will open applications for its International Innovators Initiative (IN2NYC). In celebration, Deputy Mayor for Housing and Economic Development Alicia Glen and NYCEDC President Maria Torres-Springer will tour the Zahn Innovation Center at the City College of New York, a CUNY startup incubator and one of the IN2NYC partner institutions. IN2NYC facilitates partnerships between international entrepreneurs and CUNY schools, enabling entrepreneurs to qualify for cap-exempt H-1B visas, grow their businesses in New York City, and create jobs for New Yorkers. Deputy Mayor Glen and NYCEDC President Torres-Springer will also be hearing short business pitches from student entrepreneurs working out of the Zahn Innovation Center.
