Harlem World customers want the best in Harlem content and to ensure we can meet their expectations we are looking for a Sales Associates to be part of a team that delivers truly great products and services – Harlem World is creating a story of its own and we want you to be a part of it.
Sales Associates sell Harlem World products and services to customers. Sales Associates consult with existing customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth high-quality sales process. Sales Associates will work on sales leads, through business relationships, client referrals, etc. Sales Associates will focus on visiting clients in the field nurturing new and/or existing clients (no “cold calling” unless discussed).
Our 15 year old business seeks motivated Sales Associates to consult with clients to find what they need and upsell great new products and services. We’re looking for Associates who can quickly absorb and retain product and services knowledge. The successful candidate will receive bespoke training for two weeks, then take over management. On average, 100,000 weekly+ customers visit our site each week, so the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is a must. While consulting with customers or clients on a range of products and services, you’ll take real pride in delivering a personalized and professional service. You’ll have genuine passion for Harlem inside and out with a natural curiosity to discover and explore more about the Harlem World Magazine brand to share with others.

As well as having the ability to work well as part of a team, you’ll be willing to embrace opportunities to build your impeccable sales skills in order to offer quality and reassurance to all of our customers and maintain solid awareness of everything from advertising to sponsorship.
